I do not know my size?
Please see our Size Guide for general information on sizing.
If you still have questions, please email email@example.com & we will be happy to advise you.
What does made to order mean?
We make sure to have ready made garments at your disposal, to order immediately. Sometimes however, this is not advisable. In order to create as little surplus in our stock as possible, we provide a selection of items as made to order only. This means you order your preferred size at primings shows on the webshop before we send the item to production. Delivery will take longer but we will update you on its progress.
For some items, the option of small alterations will be added into this process, to ensure a perfect fit & a happy customer. There is an extra fee involved.
I love an item that is out of stock, will it be available again?
Our Permanent Collection Items will be restocked whenever possible. Since we are a slow fashion label working with small independent seamstresses, this can take a while. Please subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on our progress.
Some items will not be restocked, either they were limited editions, the fabric is not available or we updated the design. These are all out of stock items not listed as permanent collection.
I love an item that is not available in my size, can it be made?
Yes, we can make this happen. Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org & we will further advise you. Depending on the item, we will ask you to provide us with your measurements or you can visit our atelier in Gentbrugge, Belgium. We will ask for a small extra fee to make this happen.
