Cashmere: what is recycled yarn?

Recycled is not the same as recyclable. Check the label carefully, because the big bulk of clothing made from recycled fibers is actually a mix with plastic-derivatives. Recycling this yarn is made that much harder because of it, and the plastics never really disappear from the cycle. This is exactly the reason why we at Ida&Volta, decided that we will only use 100 % recycled pure yarns.
